Returns and Exchanges Q&A

Question:      Can I get an exchange or refund/return?

Answer:         Yes refunds or exchanges are available to customers within 30 days of their ship date.

Question:     What are the conditions to return or exchange an item? How do I do it?

Answer:         Only unopened products can be exchanged or returned for refund. Items must be shipped back along with the appropriate form and in the original package.                         Returns must be sent back with the return form attached. Exchanges also must be sent back with the proper exchange form attached. Allow 14 days from                         receipt of the returned or exchanged items to process a return or credit for you. A credit should appear within 2 full billing cycles.

Question:     Do you refund me on the shipping and handling costs for the return or exchange?

Answer:         No. Refunds will exclude the shipping and handling cost associated to sending the item back. This must be paid by the customer.
