Question: How will you receive your items when you order from our site?

Answer: All items will be shipped via Canada Post and a tracking number will be provided depending on the shipping method you chose on checkout.



Question: How long does it take to get my items? Do you guarantee a date of delivery? How long does handling take?

Answer: Delivery will depend on the shipping option you choose at checkout. We guarantee delivery of your products within 30 days from the date of payment. Handling will take approximately 2-3 days after payment is received.



Question: What if I have to return or exchange an item? Are there any shipping or handling costs associated with it?
